Well perhaps that why Felipe Melo think it is a good idea to help his girlfriend work her abs in a punishing exercise regime that we may have seen Jon Jones of UFC fame try once before.
The Inter Milan midfielder is coming off the back of a mixed season in Serie A and is looking for ways to keep in shape for the summertime.
Most people would go for a run, or maybe lay off the Magnum's for a while.
Instead Melo has his girlfriend wrap her legs around his waist and encourages her to perform ab curls with a kiss at the top of the routine.
It means he gets to work on his core, while she firms up her abs and core as well as lower back.
