England international James Maddison reveals how he 'learnt so much' from former Ireland star Wes Hoolahan during their time together at Norwich.
The EFL tweeted a clip of Hoolahan scoring one of the most typical Hoolahan goals you could think of with loads of flair, finesse, and beauty.
It was to mark St Patrick's Day of course, and who better to help celebrate the occasion than one of the country's favourite players.

It turns out that Hoolahan wasn't just popular in Ireland, as the current Leicester City midfielder retweeted the clip with the caption "What a player #Wessi".
The two played together at Norwich, and although the England star has went on to play alongside some incredible names in his career, including Harry Kane, Jame Vardy, and more recently, Jude Bellingham, the 26-year-old cites the Irishman as a person he learn a lot from.
Replying to the retweet, a fan asked the Englishman if Hoolahan had much of an influence on him, which Maddison replied in glowing terms.

"Yep! Learnt so much from him, even just watching how he moved & received in training. One of the best manipulators of the ball I’ve ever seen."
The former Ireland international played his best and most memorable football at Norwich, so it's fair to say that Maddisson probably got to play with him at the peak of his powers.
Ireland fans will remember him for his role at Euro 2016, and his incredible assist which lead to Robbie Brady's famous header against Italy and secured his country's place in the knockout stages.
