David Moyes made a fairly standard David Moyes like start to life as Real Sociedad manager tonight with a 0-0 draw with Deportivo La Coruna  in La Liga.

The former Manchester United boss didn’t see much to gladden his spirit from his charges in what was pretty much a relegation six-pointer at the Riazor.

He did help them to their first clean sheet in seven months, however, but no doubt the highlight was the Scot telling one of the Deportivo coaches to calm down after a fairly heated looking confrontation.

The  Depor coach came storming towards the opposing dugout and he was subsequently sent to the stands while the ref had a little chat with the ex-Everton boss.
