Maybe Manchester United should consider replacing Ed Woodward with Cesc Fabregas’ girlfriend.
It’s being reported in the Evening Standard that the Chelsea midfielder’s long-term partner Daniella Semaan was behind Pedro’s surprise decision to turn down a move to Manchester United after a deal was supposed to be in place between club and player.

With Pedro and Fabregas close friends from Fabregas’ time at Barcelona, Semaan apparently rang Pedro’s wife Carolina Martin to suggest that London may be a better spot for the couple.
The call is reported to have taken place when Woodward was in Spain to sew up the deal for the 28-year-old and Semaan’s words obviously worked wonders as Pedro officially signed on the dotted line this afternoon.
Friendship seems to be a huge part of Pedro’s decision as he was also reported to have been unnerved by Louis van Gaal’s treatment of former teammate Victor Valdes.
