Leigh Griffiths’ post-match meal of choice might surprise you.
While most modern footballers insist upon heavily regimented diet plans which see them tuck into post-game meals consisting of complex carbohydrates and protein, Griffiths’ fondness for TGI Fridays cannot be tamed.
The Celtic striker came off the bench on Sunday to round out the scoring in the Hoops’ 4-1 victory over St. Mirren in the Scottish Cup.

And he celebrated the win by popping down to TGI Fridays in Glasgow for a hard-earned bite to eat.
It didn’t take long for Griffiths to be recognised by a fellow diner, who surreptitiously snapped a photograph of the forward.
And in this modern world in which most celebrities are instantly accessible on social media, mere moments passed before the picture made it to Twitter with Griffiths tagged in the post.

Ten minutes after the cheeky photo appeared online, Griffiths decided to give the photographer a taste of his own medicine.
Not one to shy away from banter, Griffiths took a secret photo of his own and shared it with all 112,000 of his followers.
