Arne Slot and Liverpool have parted ways, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Former Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola is the "clear favourite" to replace him at Anfield, according to the report.
It had been reported in the days after the season's end that Liverpool had no intention of replacing Slot, but Romano is reporting that the end-of-season review did not end favourably for the Dutchman.
Slot, who replaced Jurgen Klopp in the summer of 2024, won the Premier League in his first campaign as boss, but endured a difficult 2025/26, finishing fifth without a trophy.
