He also appeared in a League Cup final, an FA Cup final and another Champions League final for the Liverpool before making the switch to Espanyol in 2008.
Finnan then moved to Portsmouth in 2009 and played his final match as a professional in the 1-0 FA Cup final defeat to Chelsea. However, he has seemingly fallen off the grid since retiring.
