In keeping with his reputation as a bit of a beast on the rugby pitch, Jordi has helped design an intensive three-month training programme at The Health Club in The Shelbourne.

And he’ll be revealing some of the secrets of this training regime, as well as answering questions on Leinster and Ireland, at the Q&A which will be hosted by Ger Gilroy.
