Tommy Bowe knows Welsh rugby better than most. The Monaghan man played three seasons with Ospreys, has faced Wales six times and is a long-time favourite of Wales and Lions coach Warren Gatland.
Bowe was up in Belfast, today, as part of an open training session, at Kingspan Ravenhill, with the Irish team.
Ulster Rugby caught up with Bowe, Jared Payne, academy player Jacob Stockdale and a smattering of fans as Joe Schmidt put his squad through their paces.
