You wouldn't see a sign like this anywhere else in the world. It's sound, it's blunt, it's completely Irish. The Donegal folk look out for each other up in the north west so when the Donegal Rally that took place over the weekend came to Gartan, they were as courteous as you'd expect. Spectators pulling into the racing venue to catch a glimpse of the action were greeted with the most Donegal sign ever. Welcoming: the car parking was free. Friendly: you were given a tip so your day wasn't ruined. Parochial: the tip typically involved sheep.
