Jon Jones doesn’t appear too worried about his latest brush with the law.
It emerged on Monday that the former light heavyweight champion was cited for three traffic violations in January 2016 including driving without a license, driving without proof of insurance and driving without registration. He was handed three days of community service for the infringements.
Jones has had a bad history with abiding by the rules of the road. He was charged with driving under the influence in 2012 and more recently, he had his belt revoked, was suspended from the UFC and was fined and forced to do 72 hours of community service for his involvement in a hit-and-run in which a pregnant woman broke her arm.
So when it was revealed that Jones’ driving had him in trouble with the law again, the reaction was perhaps a little over the top. At least the man himself thought so anyway, judging by his response on Instagram.
