Never again will we see the sight of AP coming up hill

The greatest jockey of his (and arguably anyone else's) generation signed off on his Cheltenham career with a fourth place finish on Ned Buntline in the final race of the day. Next Sensation was the 16/1 winner of the AP McCoy Grand Annual Chase Challenge Cup but perhaps didn't quite get the accolades normally bestowed on a Cheltenham winner as all eyes turned to McCoy. The pictures are moving and brilliant and tell the story of an emotional day. For the fans at least. AP stayed as focused as ever.
