Billy Horschel was even par on day three of the masters, and landed on the green with an impressive shot on the par five 15th hole. A rotten bit of luck. And because Horschel didn't mark his ball, the shot was deemed to have gone into water. The 29 year old had to take a penalty stroke, and ended up with a bogey rather than what originally looked to be a handy birdie.
