Stacks secured the final, crucial refereeing decision as they were awarded a penalty that Pa McCarthy tucked away.
Up in Ulster, meanwhile, Slaughtneil beat St. Enda's 1-10 to 1-9 to claim the SFC title after Chrissy Bradley pointed late on.
