Six games to be shown live on a barnstorming weekend of GAA coverage

Niall McIntyre

There’s hurling, there’s football, there’s something for everyone.

In yet another barnstorming weekend of GAA, no fewer than six games will be shown live on television.

The hurling league is always slow to get going but the football has already shot into the sky, and we’re set for a super Saturday night with two Division One games broadcast on television, one after another.

The 5.00 clash of Kerry-Armagh has turned into an important one for both sides, given their losses last weekend, while the repeat of the 2021 All-Ireland between Mayo and Tyrone is always going to be entertaining too. Tyrone probably have the greater need in that one.

Elsewhere, Donegal v Galway, Kildare v Derry and Galway v Limerick in the hurling will be shown on Sunday, while in ladies football, Dublin vs Mayo will be live on TG4 on Saturday.

Check out the full weekend fixture list below, with televised games in bold.
