Free pints for first 20 entries to Paddy Power confessional box at GAA Hour Wexford

SportsJOE

“Bless me Paddy, for I have sinned…”

Have you something to get off your chest? Demons to banish? Mates to slag?

This Thursday, SportsJOE and Paddy Power’s world famous GAA Hour show comes to Wexford for an All-Ireland semi-final preview with a star-studded panel.

And, if you’re heading down, we’re asking anyone with a story to tell to arrive 30 minutes early, at 6.30pm.

What’s in it for me, you ask? Well, apart from eternal salvation, we’ll be offering the first 20 brave souls a free pint.

And all you have to do is tell us a 20 to 30 second story.

We’ll even give you some ideas to get the juices flowing:

  • What’s the worst excuse you’ve given or heard for missing training?
  • What’s the worst bit of cheating a player/team has gotten away with?
  • What’s the most embarrassing / weirdest injury you’ve heard of?
  • What’s the best “banger” story you’ve ever heard?
  • What’s your favourite insult you’ve heard (or given…) at a GAA match?
  • What’s the funniest thing you’ve ever seen on a GAA pitch?

And last but not least, who’s your shout for the All-Ireland?
