Dublin GAA fans, one of your own needs your help.
Some sporting memorabilia is expensive, some of it’s cheap, but what one Dublin GAA fan lost in Omagh is genuinely priceless.
A follower of Hill 16 army notified the page of a notebook they found during Dublin’s win over Tyrone on Saturday night. The notebook contains statistics from every hurling and football game ‘going back years’. The level of detail in it is simply remarkable. A lot of time and effort was clearly put into it.
Attendance figures, starting line-ups, substitutes and the times they came on, which players were booked as well as half-time and full-time scores were recorded in this notebook.
If Dublin win the All-Ireland again this year they will complete a historic five-in-a-row. They have also won five of the last six league titles. So the information found in this notebook would be very valuable indeed. It already is a part of history.
If anyone knows the owner, please hit up Hill 116 army. You can find them on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
