Carlos Tevez never tried to hide that he wasn’t a fan of living in England. During his stints with Manchester United and Manchester City, the Argentine frequently complained about the weather and the food on offer in the north-west city.
Tevez is now back home though, via a successful detour in Italy with Juventus, and back at Boca Juniors, the club where he began his career and is a hero to the fans.
A big hero judging by the reaction to his first goal since returning to the club last month.
Tevez curled in a free-kick, the final goal in Boca’s 3-0 win over Banfield in the Copa Argentina last night, and sparked delirium amongst the Boca faithful.
