Zlatan Ibrahimovic has received a retrospective ban for a challenge on a player in a game last month.
The PSG forward will miss the two Ligue 1 games, after French football authorities decided Zlatan deserved further punishment for this lunge on Saint Etienne’s Romain Hamouma.
And it’s easy to see why.
Zlatan pulled off a challenge straight out of arcade classic beat ’em up Street Fighter, chopping his opponent down.
The Swedish striker will be available for PSG’s next game, but will miss the doubler header against Monaco in the league and cup.
Unsurprisingly, Zlatan didn’t attend the disciplinary meeting.
