FA Cup fourth round on TV: Four games to be shown live on Premier Sports.

The FA Cup fourth round gets underway on Premier Sports 2 on Saturday at 12:30 pm as Chelsea host Plymouth Argyle at Stamford Bridge.

Thomas Tuchel’s side will be hoping to avoid a giant-killing against the Pilgrims, who are currently in seventh place in League One.

Chelsea have recorded just one win in their last three games. The Blues jet off to play in the FIFA Club World Cup after this match and could be on the end of a shock result if they aren’t at their best against Plymouth, who have won three of their last six games.

The action then switches to Goodison Park, where the Frank Lampard era gets underway at Everton. The Toffees host Brentford in the 3 pm kick-off, and there are several storylines to keep an eye on here.

Lampard will want to get his tenure started with a positive result. While new signings Dele Alli, signed from Tottenham on deadline day, and Donny van de Beek, who joined the club on loan from Man United, should get some game time.

Everton, who have won just one of their last six Premier League games, will be aiming to use the FA Cup as a way to lift morale as they seek to have a much better second half to the season.

Republic of Ireland and Everton captain Seamus Coleman, meanwhile, is in line to feature under his 10th club manager, including caretakers, at Goodison Park.

Brentford, meanwhile, were also busy on transfer deadline day. Christian Eriksen joined the club and could make his first appearance in football since collapsing on the pitch for Denmark at Euro 2020 last June.

The football world will undoubtedly be watching and wishing the Dane well. Brentford, his new club, have lost five of their last six league games.

The action then moves to Abbey Stadium for the clash between League One Cambridge United and Championship side Luton Town.

Cambridge recorded the shock of the third round with their 1-0 victory over Newcastle United at St James’ Park when Wes Hoolahan starred in a cameo appearance.

The Irish midfielder, who turns 40 in May, has been a revelation for Cambridge and helped them earn promotion last season.

Hoolahan will central to their chances again on Saturday in their fourth-round tie against Luton. The match gets underway on Premier Sports 2 at 5:30 pm.

On Sunday, there is a midlands derby between Leicester City, the FA Cup holders, and Championship side Nottingham Forest.

Leicester cruised into the fourth round after beating Watford 4-1. Forest, meanwhile, knocked out Arsenal in the last round, winning 1-0 at the City Ground thanks to Lewis Grabban’s late goal. The kick-off here is at 4 pm.
