Baseball bat-wielding robbers threaten Tom Cleverley’s family in €237,500 raid

The Cleverley family were the victims of a horrifying robbery this week.

The Sun is reporting that there has been a robbery at the house of Everton midfielder Tom Cleverley.

According to the paper, Cleverley, his wife Georgina Dorsett and the couple’s two year old daughter Nevaeh Rose were in their home when two unidentified thieves broke in wielding baseball bats.

The robbers managed to get away with goods worth over £175,000 (€237,522 approx). The items stolen included a £100,000 Range Rover, an Audemars Piguet watch valued at £50,000, a Cartier bracelet worth £15,000 and a £10,000 Hermes Birkin handbag.

Although the footballer and his family were not physically hurt in the incident, they are understood to be shaken up by the ordeal.
