VIDEO: Aussie Rules star uses Irish cow for target practice to aid recovery from injury

Proof he can hit a cow from 20 yards

No animals were harmed in the making of this video.

Trying to recover from injury can be tough, and as a top level sportsperson we’d imagine you’d be anxious to try and get your sharpness back as soon as possible.

But we doubt any sports scientist would advise using a cow as target practice while punting a Sherrin off a wall in what looks like a wild part of Ireland’s west coast.

Nat Fyfe is one of the most talented Aussie Rules players around, and the Freemantle Dockers man is currently on his holidays in Ireland.

He’s been out of action for a while after suffering a broken leg in one of his club’s last games of the regular season, and he’s udderly committed to regaining fitness what ever he can, even if it includes hitting a cow with his efforts.

The video has been shared on his Facebook with the caption
