World Rugby weren't about to let Sonny Bill Williams' kindness deprive him of a hard-earned Rugby World Cup winner's medal.
The All Blacks centre gave away his medal in a bid to cheer up a young supporter who was needlessly tackled by a security guard as he took to the field to meet his heroes.

And Williams' generosity was rewarded at Sunday night's World Rugby Awards as New Zealand skipper Richie McCaw was called to the stage to present Williams with his new medal.
