Sonny Bill Williams is one of rugby's good guys.

The all Blacks centre came off the bench in his country's 20-18 World Cup semi-final victory over South Africa and was typically brutish. He made 26 metres off six startlingly good carries, made a clean break, tossed a few offloads and beat a couple of Springbok defenders. He was also kind enough to bring Francois Louw for a ride.
