Munster captain Donncha O'Callaghan was at his refreshingly honest best after helping his side to beat Ulster 21-20 at Thomond Park

1. 'It was a step-up in Celtic League games or, sorry, PRO12 or whatever you have to call them nowadays.'
2. (On going for a second-half penalty rather than a 5m line-out): 'That was the call and it was probably weak on my half. There are times in a game where you have to step up and grab them by the throat. That was moment for us and it was probably a bit weak out of me to take the points.'
3. 'I know they were worried about BJ getting a short bind but their loose-head was at a bit of an angle. It can end up as a bit of a cat-fight with two eejits bitching away about nothing.'
4.You hate celebrating when it comes down to someone's mistake as opposed to you actually taking the game and winning it... As a player you do want to win the game and not nearly rob it. That's probably what we did in a way.'
