Conor McGregor offers Jose Aldo a rematch after UFC 194… on one condition

There's no denying that Conor McGregor is a supremely confident man.

The Dubliner is yet to face Jose Aldo at UFC 194, but he's already setting the parameters for a rematch with the Brazilian if and when he wins. McGregor set up the bout with the Brazilian after beating Chad Mendes to claim the interim featherweight belt. Aldo pulled out of an earlier planned fight at UFC 189 with a rib problem, forcing Mendes to step in, but The Notorious is confident of a quick-fire victory this time around. "If he can come and bring a war and we can do this for five rounds then maybe I will consider a rematch," McGregor said during last night's conference call. "But I feel he won't get up off the stool and answer that bell for the second round." McGregor revealed that he was already eyeing a lightweight title bout with the winner of Rafael dos Anjos and Donald Cerrone, which takes place a week after UFC 194. He once again stated that Croke Park would be a dream venue for a title defence but did not state categorically that any title defence would be there.
