Derek McGrath's side are playing a unique brand of hurling, and one man who has been key to their form this season is Pauric Mahony.
The forward scored 0-11 in last week's win over Cork, but may now miss the entire season as it's believed that he may have suffered a broken leg tonight while on club duty.
The forward suffered the injury midway through the clash of Ballygunner and Ballyduff Upper in Fraher Field.

After the game it was confirmed that Mahony has suffered a shin break and will miss the Munster senior clash with Cork next month as well as possibly the rest of the championship.
