The maestro of Mayobridge is back.

Down football hasn't enjoyed the best times since their All-Ireland final appearance in 2010, but the county has received a significant boost tonight with news that one of the very best footballers of the last 25 years is coming out of retirement. Benny Coulter called time on his inter-county career back in November of last year. However with Marty Clarke hopeful of a return to county action under new manager Eamonn Burns, the inter-county squad has received a major boost with the news that the deadly corner-forward will don the famous black and red jersey again in 2016. https://twitter.com/irishnewssport/status/674345670019522560 Coulter is regarded as one of the best forwards to play Gaelic football in the last fifteen years, and was a star for his county as well as in the compromise rules series over the last decade. GAA fans can hardly believe the news this evening. https://twitter.com/LucyConnor29/status/674348991291727873 https://twitter.com/John_Mc_Mahon/status/674347223665221636 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1YGx0ENc4ZQ
