The Manchester City striker, and Everton defender, alerted the referee, and medical staff, to a fan in need of medical help.
City were about to take a corner against at Goodison Park, when both players began gesturing for the game to halted so the fan could recieve treatment.
Fair play lads.
City went on to win the game 2-0, and the fan's condition is said to be improving.
