The worst way to lose a game.

St Kevin's Boys U13's side have lost the final of the Academy Cup to Barcelona on penalties. The Dublin schoolboy side took on their Catalan counterparts in Santry on Sunday afternoon in the final of the weekend long tournament. Barca took the lead early in the first-half, before Roland Banya equalised for Kevin's, who beat their opponents 1-0 the previous day. The Catalan youngsters restored and built on their lead before half-time, going into the interval 3-1 ahead. https://twitter.com/FcKevins/status/714075096911060992 But the Dublin side fought back, scoring twice and it finished 3-3, forcing the match to be decided by a penalty shoot-out. https://twitter.com/FcKevins/status/714082680946749440 https://twitter.com/FcKevins/status/714085768319352832 Unfortunately for the Irish team, they missed their decisive kick to stay in the shoot-out when one of their final penalty hit the post. A cruel end to a brilliant tournament for Kevin's, who can no doubt be proud of their achievements. Celtic, West Brom, Deportivo La Coruna and Lyon were some of the other European teams involved in the tournament.
