The Real Madrid gig is a pretty big deal.

If you didn't think so before, just get a load of Rafael Benitez's reaction to his first day in his new job when he struggled to hold back the tears. The former Napoli boss has long considered the Bernabeu hot-seat to be the pinnacle of management and the look on his face showed just how much it meant to him.

We're glad that there's no footage of the first meeting between Rafa and Florentino Perez but we can always imagine what it was like.
