It had looked like James McClean had turned a corner.

After dropping out of the Premier League, the Irish international had clutched his second chance with both hands for Tony Pulis' West Brom. McClean scored his first goal for the club against Tottenham, and has looked like one of Albion's biggest attacking threats.
