First-touch phenom Dimitar Berbatov has named his dream five-a-side team

Remember Dimitar Berbatov?

He's the forward with one of the best first-touches in the game, he scored a hat-trick against Liverpool and he never once broke out of a jog in the Premier League. The former Spurs, Manchester United and Fulham striker achieved cult status wherever he went but the blasé Bulgarian would thrill the fans and frustrate his managers in equal measure before leaving England for Monaco last year. Berbatov is now killing balls stone dead for PAOK in Greece and was, this week, asked to name his dream five-a-side team and it's actually one of the better ones we've seen. Having said that, we never look kindly upon a player including himself but Berbatov does strike us as a bit of a portrait-of-myself-above-the-bed kind of fellow so it was to be expected.
