Here is some great news.

League of Ireland clubs may not always be happy to have their games broadcast on television, but for fans of Irish teams outside of these shores, there is now a great way to watch matches. Today the FAI have announced a new innovative deal that will see 250 SSE Airtricity League games next season streamed live to football fans outside of Ireland. The deal will see every single game next season streamed online thanks to a new partnership with TRACKCHAMP, who are now the official video and data partner of the FAI. The deal, which runs for four years, will begin from the 2016 season, meaning that Irish football fans across the globe will be able to tune into see their club's fortunes on a weekly basis. The streaming of games is likely to lead to a major development within the game in terms of interactive stats on each game as well as a major resource for clubs in terms of video analysis. https://twitter.com/Gleth/status/672370958934650881 https://twitter.com/DanPitchside/status/672371257069932544 Not everyone is cock-a-hoop with the development, however. https://twitter.com/JohnnyKeegan/status/672375304543948800 https://twitter.com/AthleticDJ/status/672377584135614464
