PIC: 54-year-old Frank Bruno looks in better shape than most heavyweights

Nearly two decades have passed since Frank Bruno’s last competitive fight, but the former world heavyweight champ has continued to take care of himself.

The 54-year-old former boxer, who bowed out of the sport in March 1996, was pictured looking in great nick after a sparring session with fellow retiree Ricky Hatton.

Hatton, who left boxing in 2012, shared a photo of the pair on his Facebook page.

Dare we say Frank’s looking better than Ricky himself?
